Auction Results: Lot was Sold at a price of $30,000
This Champagne Edition II convertible is most likely the lowest mileage Super Beetle to exist! It is ALL ORIGINAL with only 38 miles! THAT'S RIGHT, only 38 original miles and it looks and runs like new! It features the extremely rare Peach Red Metallic color, Ermine white interior, Burled Elm dash, Blaupunkt AM/FM radio, 4 cyl 1.6 ltr fuel injected engine, very rare dealer optioned cyclone wheels and bumper over-riders. This is a one owner car out of a Colorado Car Collection and has been stored in a climate controlled environment. The convertible top has been known to be down only twice in its life. It comes with the original Tonneau cover in box and some original paperwork. It was manufactured in Germany and was one of last built in 1978. Only 553 were manufactured after. This car is like it came straight from a time capsule. Don't pass up this opportunity to add this rare, all original museum quality car to your collection
